About Jonty
A fitness enthusiast and nutritionist who has played national competitions in swimming, bodybuilding, martial arts. Along with this, I have been a keen observer of varies diseases and learnt about their causes and cures. My involvement in various sports and education in physical and sports has gifted me with the knowledge of every muscule, its use, functioning, training and recovery from injury.
I wish to spread my knowledge to make this planet a bit more healthier and fitter which will make peoples' lives easier and cheerful.
