About Pedro
Hello! My name is Pedro, and I am a native Portuguese speaker from Portugal. For the past five years, I have worked at CLIP, an international private school, where I supported students of different ages and backgrounds. Teaching is something I truly enjoy, and I always aim to make lessons engaging, interactive, and adapted to each student’s needs. Outside the classroom, I am curious, patient, and passionate about sharing the richness of Portuguese language and culture.

My teaching approach is student-centered, focusing on communication and practical use of Portuguese. I combine structured grammar with interactive activities such as reading, speaking, and writing exercises. A typical lesson begins with a short review, followed by guided practice on a specific topic, and ends with conversation or real-life applications to reinforce learning.
What sets me apart is my five years of experience in an international private school (CLIP), where I worked with diverse students and adapted lessons to different cultural and academic needs. My lessons are flexible and personalized, making learning engaging and accessible.
I teach Portuguese for beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners, as well as academic support for school students. Whether you are preparing for exams, improving everyday communication, or seeking deeper cultural understanding, I adapt the lessons to your level and goals.
