My classes are made to get you to achieve your body building and fitness targets,
1 evaluate your physical level and what you are currently doing
2 know what is the goal you have in mind and what time frame
3 get you a bit of additional information about what you are doing right and what you need to keep doing, adding the missing parts that you need to know in order to reach your goal
4 define a program for you
You will learn about the body, how to listen to it and avoid injuries
I welcome your feedback and i hope i can change the way you do things to the better and of course i want to see you progressing so you need to keep sending few pictures as you go along! hehe .. as you prefer .. but that would give me satisfaction that i did my job right :)
