About Mary
My formal education is doctor of pharmacy, certification in whole food plant-based nutrition from eCornell university, certification in natural health science from Institute of Mahayoga and Natural Hygiene , IMANAH and Masters in nutrition, specializing in nutritional genomics from Symbiosis International University. I am a registered yoga teacher and I also love to spend time to curate new whole food, plant-based recipes in my kitchen, and write about whole-food plant based diet (alkaline vegan diet) and natural healing lifestyle. I had decided to switch to plant nutrition and lifestyle medicine after studying and working in hospitals for over 8 years and seeing many serious adverse side-effects from medicines and despite the suffering, no real cure to diseases.
I am on a mission to remind fellow humans to reconnect with nature to heal and choose nature to awaken the healer that lies within each one of us.
