About Rachel
I am an elementary teacher and PhD student with a yoga certification. I love to teach yoga to my students and their families as a way to build social emotional strength and resiliency. I am an RYT-500 (500 hour yoga certification) and would love to hold space for you, children, or a combination of the two!

My teaching method is based around offerings. I make a lesson plans and am overly prepared for class, and if students are interested in moving their own way, sharing what it feels like in their body, or want to be creative, then I create space for that. Yoga is about connecting body to breath - I am always prepared, but I cannot tell anyone how to experience their movement.
