I am Shannon Hall. I am looking to help anyone who may need some life advice, and for anyone who is battling to find a way out of anxiety, or any other form of mental illness. These classes will be taught to anyone under the age of 15. I will teach you tips and methods for reducing stress, easing conflict, and how to find your purpose and passion in life. I will be a listener, and teach you the methods of how to deal with events which may occur in your life, as well as listen to what you need to say with attentiveness and kindness. This class is strictly for those who need somebody to care for them, and to listen to what they need to say, as well as for those who need advice and encouragement. Disclaimer, meditation, yoga and religion practices may be mentioned.
