About Manabendra
Hi, I am Manabendra Majumder, a NSDC and NIFS certified personal trainer working in the industry for over 6 years. I've been working out and learning the ropes of various fitness principles for almost 12 years now and I want to spread everything that i have learnt in all these years because honestly what's the use of knowledge if iam unable to share it with more people? Teaching someone to be healthy and carry on the knowledge is what I want to offer to everyone :)

I'll teach you how to start your fitness journey, where to begin and how to proceed. Be it learning to become a personal trainer for others or to start your own fitness lifestyle journey,I am here to teach it all. Starting from the basics of human anatomy and basics of excercise science, we will also cover the importance of diet selection and overall nutrition to change or sustain positive bodily changes. Also included, how to approach potential clients and client assessment, what to know while selecting clients and how to design a program according to their needs.
