About Alexander
Currently working full time as an Emergency Department nurse. Previously was an EMT and Paramedic. Since I’ve gone though the progression of medicine from EMT, Paramedic, to Nursing (MedSurg and ED), I understand and relate to different levels of healthcare.
I can share my insights from what I learned from my previous instructors and what I tell my orientees and new students.
I’m also a nurse for the US Air Force, and I teach the medics as well. I’m a resource to help educate and connect different concepts that might be more abstract to someone who hasn’t done it before.
For writing and proof reading, I use my experience and let you know of my critiques and work with you to find a way that flows better and answers your prompts. In a world of ChatGPT, I like to bring some humanity to what we write.
I like to use analogies to teach and to incorporate what you are learning into the big picture of things.
I’m not for everyone, but if you want someone who has real world application and not from a managerial/ educator/ administrative career, then I’m someone for you.
