My methodology is very simple ,I look upon people's lifestyle for eg their sleeping routine ,work/college routine and eating habits that might have lead to weight gain or unhealthy weightloss ..then I look forward to correct them through my nutrition and exercise plans online helping them to understand the significance and importance of it and explaining the topic in detail
