About Stevie
I am a passionate nutritional coach who began in the beauty industry and quickly learned that our outward appearance and our actions are a reflection of what’s happening internally. I learned through trial and error and many types of testing how nutrition plays the biggest role in our well-being. It’s vital that every human has some understanding of what they’re consuming. I’m often expanding my knowledge of nutrition and holistic health and I absolutely practice what I preach!
