About Sarah
I am a postdoctoral clinician based in NYC! In the therapy world, my specialties include eating disorders, relational problems, and trauma. However, I also have an extensive background working in my graduate programs academic foundations department, schools for students struggling with emotional and behavioral concerns, and I have taught many college level courses (Intro to Psych, Abnormal Psych, Lifespan Development, and more!). I have had success in all academic institutions, gaining scholarships at both the undergraduate and graduate level before beginning my work as a psychologist.
Outside of academia and therapy, I enjoy baking, live music, and exploring all that NYC has to offer!

Hi! I am a recent PsyD graduate who has worked as a student therapist for the last four years, now gaining my postdoctoral clinical hours! With my therapy background, my teaching style is always student-focused. I let my students lead with the information they are struggling with, creating a compassionate and empathetic space for us to grow your knowledge in psychology. I strive to integrate ideas through stories, anecdotes, and memorization techniques catered to each individual. After spending the past 20 years of my life in school, I have not forgotten how to study and prepare for my courses.
