About Kyle
I am a recent graduate of New York University with a degree in Economics and a working film writer. I have several years of experience tutoring students one-on-one, particularly in English, and previously worked at an education-focused summer camp where I supported elementary to middle school students in classroom situations.
Alongside my academic background, my work in film and theater has strengthened my reading, writing, and analytical skills. I regularly read and evaluate scripts, novels, and plays, and I have written a feature film currently gearing up for production, as well as numerous short films. This combination of teaching experience and professional writing allows me to help students improve their reading comprehension, writing clarity, and confidence in English.

I teach English to students from elementary to high school, from beginner to advanced levels, including any students learning English as a second language. Furthermore, each lesson is adapted to the student's age, level, and school curriculum. In our sessions, we will begin by assessing areas for improvements and the needs of the student and then follow a flexible structure towards growth, including practice activities, guided explanation, practice activities, review, and feedback. I focus on building strong skills in grammar, reading, writing, and speaking while helping students gain confidence and make steady progress in a supportive learning environment.
