About Anneliese
Hi! I’m a graduate of NYU with a B.A. in Psychology and a strong foundation in research, neurodevelopment, and quantitative methods. I bring not only deep subject knowledge but also a calm, patient, and encouraging presence to every tutoring session. My goal is to help students feel capable, supported, and genuinely engaged with the material—especially when it comes to math, a subject that can often feel intimidating. I believe learning is most effective when students feel understood and respected, and I tailor my teaching to meet each student where they are. With experience in both academic research and cognitive science, I use proven strategies to support memory, understanding, and confidence.
