I am 24yrs old and a fashion graduate with a love of fitness since I was 16yrs old. I focus mainly on building muscle to particular areas and sculpting your body to its best shape using home workouts ( with Covid )
I own my own sportswear brand and have coached a few clients over the lockdown period
