About Oscar
Hi, I'm Oscar, an 18-year-old on my gap year between college and university. I'm teaching because I understand the struggles of student life better than most and after getting through it I hope to share what I've learnt so you can breeze through any exams in your way! I've always had a passion for sciences, especially maths and physics. In September I will be studying physics at the University of Cardiff.

My classes are for anyone wishing to get ahead in GCSE and A-level maths, specifically for students struggling with concepts and difficult exam questions. My tutoring involves finding gaps in knowledge and targeting them one by one until you can break down the problem and build it back up again. A lesson lasts 1 hour and I can travel to you. After achieving an A in A-level maths I am tutoring in my gap year before studying physics at university. As a DBS checked Scout leader I regularly work with young people, as well as having prior experience mentoring first years at BHASVIC college.
