I have personally worked with/trained multiple adults in weight loss and exercise using programs/techniques based on the latest research. I am an extremely understanding and patient individual who likes to work with teens/children as well.

I do not offer a set program or use pre-made courses when I help others with nutrition and/or weight loss.
Every person is a unique individual with different needs and problems. I provide information, support, and a customized nutrition program based 100% off of your needs.
I can guarantee successful weight-loss and a happy healthy body, but only if you are willing to learn more about yourself, food, and proper lifestyle habits that will keep the weight from returning.

Details
I will not charge extra to meet with a client at their house on the first visit. If after that visit, the client wants me to come to their home to tutor on a regular basis, I will charge extra based off distance travelled.
