About Nick

I am a former educator and current crime analyst with a passion for helping others learn and grow. With a background in education, I have experience breaking down complex topics, adapting to different learning styles, and building student confidence. Now, as a crime analyst, I apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills daily—skills I bring into my tutoring sessions. I believe learning should be engaging, structured, and tailored to each individual’s needs. Whether it’s academic support in English, basic math, geometry, reading, or spelling, or career-focused help like resume building and job preparation, I am committed to helping students achieve their goals. I offer flexible scheduling with both in-person and virtual sessions to make learning accessible and effective. My goal is not just to help students succeed but to build their confidence and skills for the future.

About the lesson

Students should take lessons with me because I bring a unique combination of teaching experience and real-world analytical skills to tutoring. As a former educator, I understand how to break down complex concepts, adapt to different learning styles, and build confidence in students. My current role as a crime analyst sharpens my attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills—qualities I incorporate into my teaching approach.

I create a supportive, engaging, and structured learning environment where students can strengthen their skills in English, writing, basic math, geometry, reading, spelling, and resume preparation. Whether a student needs academic support, help with job applications, or simply wants to improve their skills, I tailor each lesson to fit their individual needs.

With flexible scheduling and the option for in-person or virtual sessions, I make learning convenient and effective. My goal is to help students not only succeed but also gain confidence in their abilities.

Nick is such an awesome teacher, I love the way he explain things and make it sound not so hard to where I would understand the material. He has a lot of patience and I don’t feel embarrassed asking him questions on where I need help. I don’t ever feel bored either because he’s very resourceful as well definitely would recommend others to be tutored by him!
