About Samuel
I am a US veteran who worked in the financial industry for many years. Such experiences helped me develop the understanding of leading by example, active lessening and the importance of proper communication. As an attorney, I brought my attention to details, active lessening and persuasive communication to the courtrooms. As a law student, I competed and won several recognitions in various tier 1 mock trials. Upon graduating law school and passing the bar, I practiced as a criminal defense attorney until 2018, when I completed a Tax LLM and became an International Appeals Officer.

I teach evidence in a Socratic way, by guiding my students through the process of a trial. This allows the student to understand not only courtroom proceedings but also the rules of evidence on a practical way. Students will learn how to do opening and closing statements, what to argue and when, what is hearsay and its exceptions, character evidence, laying foundation for expert testimony, introduction of evidence in court proceeding and how to address the court. This in tern will help student understand the rules of evidence for exams and bars.
