About Charles
I am a student and lover of martial arts, specifically Wing Chun which is the martial art form practiced by Bruce Lee before he invented Jeet Kun Do, watch the movie IP-Man to understand what Wing Chun is. I am offering the opportunity to anyone who wishes to learn and grow together with me in this beautiful and powerful form of self defense.
I have been practicing the art for over 6 years now and would love to share and provide better understanding to anyone who is new to it or simply interested in self development. Classes will include boxing and kickboxing lessons as extras to further advance the effeciency of the art.

My teaching methods involve strenght building for the body and mind before getting into any actual combat training or sparring. Lessons can be hosted both online or in person where I would travel to you for a one on one session. Motivation and self discipline are key in learning martial arts and being able to use the art for self defense. Lessons will be both fun, challenging and interactive.

Online lessons are R75 per hour, offering first 30min free. Can come to you for one on one training at a rate of R100 per hour and R50 travel cost.
