I have a professional training program geared towards enabling new students to maximise there potential within the shortest time possible, by means of reaction training drills, traditional forms and 2 man sets. In fact 10 lessons is all you need to understand and perform our basic self defence movements.
All my tuition is bespoke. I take into consideration my students intentions and mindset and endeavour to maximise their potential and join them on the journey to achieve their goals. I instil a belief in my students to achieve and motivate them to the point of achievement.
All of my sessions begin with a quick knowledge warm up and muscle stretch followed by a bit of theory and situational understanding. Our goal is to teach martial arts in the way it was supposed to be taught - to self-defense and attack. We are interested only in practical techniques that work in real situations. Jeet Kune To Bruce Lee should not have shape or form, and should flow out and adapt to the situation in which we find ourselves. The fight itself should not have development and its beginning should mean the end.
A good personality is required by the student. I'm not promising a world championship but I guarantee overcoming street fights and self-confidence boost for the learner in certain dangerous times and places. This method does not require strength, size and flexibility especially since it was invented by a woman.
