About Eline
You know that feeling of ending the day with a stiff body, a mind that won't switch off, and the sense that you take care of everything except yourself?
That's exactly the moment I teach for. I've been practicing yoga for over 8 years and completed my 500-hour training in Rishikesh, India (Yoga Alliance).
But what really matters is that I adapt each class to you: to your body, your day, and wherever you are right now, whether you're starting from scratch or coming back after a break.
I work mainly with Hatha and Yin Yoga (deep relaxation), with close attention to alignment and breath, and I also bring in Ayurveda whenever it makes sense for you

These are one-on-one sessions, fully at your own pace, focused on breathing, posture, strength, body awareness, and relaxation. If you'd rather not practice alone, you can bring a friend, family member, or partner and share the session at a lower price per person, without losing the personal touch.
