About Руслан
Who I am and why I teach?
My name is Ruslan, but most students know me as @boss1english.
I’m an English coach who focuses on real communication, not just rules from a textbook.
I didn’t come into teaching by accident. I know what it feels like to learn English as a second language — confusion, fear of speaking, translating in your head, and not understanding natives. I went through this myself, so now I teach the way I wish someone had taught me: clearly, practically, and with real results.
I teach because I genuinely enjoy seeing people grow in confidence.
For me, the best moment is when a student suddenly realizes:
“Wait… I’m actually speaking English.”
My goal is not just to explain grammar.
My goal is to help you:
• speak without fear
• understand real conversations
• use English at work and in life
• feel confident in another language
I believe English can change opportunities, careers, and even the direction of life — and I want to help you unlock that.
If you’re ready to learn in a supportive but structured way, I’ll be glad to work with you.

Real English for Real Life
I help students start speaking English confidently — not in theory, but in real life.
On Superprof I teach practical English for work, travel, and communication, using modern methods that make learning clear, structured, and motivating.
My lessons are for you if you want to:
️ speak English without fear
️ improve grammar through real conversation
️ prepare for job interviews or relocation
️ understand native speakers faster
️ finally stop “learning” and start using English
How I teach
My classes combine:
• structured grammar explanations (simple and clear)
• speaking practice every lesson
• real-life vocabulary and situations
• personalized homework and feedback
• motivation and support — no boring textbook lessons
I work especially well with:
expats in Dubai
professionals who need English for work
beginners and pre-intermediate students
people preparing to move abroad
