About Joseph J
I am a mba student . i have been working out for 6 years now. I was terribly under weight when i started. With hard work and determination i was able to achieve my ideal weight for my height. I have worked as a personal trainer in a gym .I am an avid cyclist and founder of the pala cycling club which has over 600 members now. I am also into cycling , trekking and dancing. I enjoy working out and i truly believe i can share the knowledge i have acquired over the years with my students.

I listen to the needs of my clients. I try to understand what their aspirations are. Then i map it to the reality and make them understand fitness is a journey . We should understand that a fit body is a product of hardwork and determination over a long period of time . You will never get a celebrity kind of body in 2 weeks . But you can get their eventually. Its not just about calorie deficit or surplus . Its moreover a lifestyle
