About Jamie
My name is jamie, and I'm from Ireland. I have always had a passion for working out and training since I was young. I Was a pt in a gym for 2 years and then decided to move online and enjoyed it much more. Over the years I've worked with a good number of people and like to keep my client base small because I prefer getting to know the client personally to help them achieve their goals and outlook on life.

My work comes with workout app named Everfit where I will be your coach.
I will send you workouts to achieve your goals all with a positive outlook and a healthy diet suited to you. Daily chats will take place with topics you have any questions. To start your journey off I will begin with a consultation to gather information about your goals and how your body and mind works together.
