About Ana Sofia
I am communicative and easily adapt my teaching method to the goals of each student. Initially, I make an assessment through oral communication to understand the difficulties and goals of each student. Then, I do a diagnostic test to see if there are any more difficulties not detected by the student himself. I like to work, above all, with authentic materials because they are practical and demonstrate the real use of the language. However, I also use manuals to complement the study.

My name is Ana Sofia. I have a degree in Portuguese and Lusophone Studies from the University of Minho and a Master degree in Portuguese as a Second Language / Foreign Language - FLUP, University of Porto. I am currently assisting Portuguese in Ciudade Rodrigo, in two schools: IES Tierra de Ciudad Rodrigo and IES Fray Diego Tadeo González. Previously, I taught at the University of Leipzig, Germany. I have experience with various levels and ages and that is why I teach private lessons at all levels. In addition to Portuguese, I speak English.
