About Naman
I am a certified yoga Instructor, I have done my YIC (yoga Instructor course) from SVYASA UNIVERSITY BENGALURU. Currently I am pursuing Bsc in YOGA THERAPY from SVYASA University Bengaluru. I have 3 years of experience to teach yoga. I took many classes offline as well as online.

There is 4 batch in a day- 1st is morning 7:10-8:00, 2nd is in evening 5:45-6:35, 3rd is from 6:40-7:30 and 4th is 8:45pm-9:35pm. In my yoga session there is loosening exercise, breathing exercises, asana, pranayama, relaxation techniques, yoga nidra, meditation, etc. Online group classes is available and also one on one classes also available. For one on one classes there ₹800/hrs. For group classes ₹8000/months.
