About Divya
I am a Level 1 Yoga Protocol Instructor with 200 hours of training certified by the Ministry of AYUSH and Yoga Certification Board. I am currently undergoing Prenatal Yoga training. Hatha Yoga is the basis of my Yoga classes and the other ideologies that I believe and practice are SKY Yoga and Vipassana. I am also on the path to learn breathwork facilitation for nervous system regulation and deep relaxation. Classes are taken for kids, women and elderly and the classes are designed as per their requirements.
