I signed up for the yoga classes of Kapila in June 2022.It was my first exposure to yoga and it has been a very mindful and satisfying experience. I am enjoying the hourly yoga every day and the main reason behind that is our teacher, Kapila only. I appreciate the way she takes the whole class along with so much patience and gently motivates each one of us to extend our boundaries!

She is into the yoga more as her passion and we can see her dedication towards it.I also like the punctuality, regularity and perfectionism during the class. I would definitely recommend Kapila to anyone interested in taking up yoga.
