I have done several nutrition and physical training courses, I had a mentor who taught me how to lose fat in the most effective way possible since I suffered from obesity, and thanks to that I had the opportunity to change the life of a girl who suffered also of this.

Basically I am based on experience, since I have been obese since I was little. 2 years ago I had a mentor who helped me lose that fat that I was trying to burn for years, in just 3 months I was unrecognizable and thanks to him I have learned a lot and I would like to change the life of someone who is really willing to give this big step.
