About Andersen
Hi! I'm Andersen, an Ontario Certified Teacher who loves helping students grow in confidence and discover that learning can be enjoyable. I have experience supporting students across the elementary grades and understand that every child learns differently.
I specialize in elementary literacy, including Science of Reading-aligned instruction, as well as math support for students in Kindergarten to Grade 8. My goal is to create a positive, encouraging learning environment where students feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes, and celebrate their successes.
I believe that students learn best when lessons are engaging and connected to their interests. Whenever possible, I incorporate interest-based activities into our sessions—whether your child loves sports, animals, Minecraft, art, or anything in between! By connecting learning to what students already enjoy, I help make lessons meaningful, motivating, and fun.
I look forward to partnering with families to support each child's unique learning journey and help them reach their full potential.

As an Ontario Certified Teacher, I create engaging, supportive, and inclusive learning experiences that build both academic skills and confidence. I specialize in elementary literacy, including Science of Reading-aligned instruction, as well as mathematics support for students in Kindergarten to Grade 8. Lessons are hands-on, interactive, and tailored to each learner's pace, ensuring students feel successful, motivated, and empowered to reach their full potential. Although I spend most of my time in the elementary panel, I am confident in supporting learning K-12.
