About Caitlin
I have a Bachelor of Education (Steiner Specialty) and have a diploma in TESSOL (Teaching English in School to Students of other Languages).
I have 6 years experience in primary and ESL teaching at a very multi cultural school (60 nationalities).
Building relationships is the foundation of my teaching philosophy and I believe this fosters an effective, engaging and supportive learning environment.
I enjoy teaching students with diverse individual needs, needs that may be challenging to meet in a classroom environment.
