About Ryan
Hello!
I am 1st year Concurrent Education (Science) student currently studying at Queen's University, hoping to become a high school teacher in the future. I am very friendly, patient, and have been passionate about helping others through academia all my life, whether it be family and friends or my prior math tutoring experience. I wish continue this passion for teaching and learning with students in the community, helping to reach their academic goals.

My methodology will vary between individuals, however, I am a firm believer that the basics or core concepts in any subject should be mastered and completely understood before moving on to more difficult problems. Many of the senior sciences and mathematics require students understand concepts that were learned previously in order to build upon them in future lessons. That's why I will spend the time to ensure the core concepts within a particular area of the subject are understood before each lesson and to review what was learned prior to make sure it is fresh in the student's mind.
As well, I also believe in the benefit of practice problems, to ensure the student is ready for any type of problem that may come their way.
