About Richard
Hello there, my name is Richard Amoo and I am a software developer based in Ibadan, Nigeria. I am also a passionate Python instructor who enjoys helping aspiring programmers understand how coding works in a simple and practical way.
For about 3 years now, I have been teaching Python programming language privately (online) to students of different age groups and diverse academic backgrounds (my youngest student was 9 and I have taught a professor close to 70 years old).
During my lessons, I have a particular preference for guiding my students through fun but challenging exercises and practical projects.
If you put in a decent amount of work and follow instructions diligently, you can master Python in about 3 months.

My lessons are particularly centered around guiding students through exercises and practical projects that facilitate a thorough understanding of programming concepts.
As we work on projects, you will be introduced to a number of the most common and exciting applications of Python. These include Web Development, Web Scraping, Building Desktop Applications, Automation of everyday Tasks, and of course, Data Science and Machine Learning (the foundation for building AI systems with Python).
Python is relatively easy to master as long as you're serious about learning it and willing to put in some work. We will start from scratch, so no coding experience is required.
