About Sebastian
I gained a-levels in math's and physics prior to studying theoretical physics at university. I have experience tutoring math's and completed school based teacher training in Science after graduating. This allowed me to gain valuable experience with the curriculum and how to improve student learning.

With each student, I have a discussion around their goals allowing us plan on how to achieve their objectives.
I'll familiarize myself with each student's progress and strength. A thorough record is kept in a diary and supports the tailoring of future lessons to each student. I will use a file with work sheets on various topics, within the specification, to use during the lesson and for homework.
I regularly draw a student’s attention to their progress, as well as presenting a pupil with an impression of ‘almost’ completing a given problem or exercise to help with confidence and learning potential.
Differentiating my learning approach to each student is of the utmost importance.
