About Fatima
Hi! I’m Fatima Chaudhry, and I’m a firm believer that everyone can succeed in maths with the right support.
My journey with numbers is both academic and professional. I am currently an AAT Level 2 Accounting student, which has given me a deep appreciation for the practical side of mathematics—showing me how numbers function in business and everyday life.
However, my true passion lies in education. Currently, I work as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), a role that has taught me the importance of patience, adaptability, and empathy. I have worked with a wide range of students, including those with diverse learning needs, helping them overcome challenges and find confidence in their abilities.
I also have experience as a Volunteer Maths Tutor with Action Tutoring, where I focused on helping pupils reach their target grades through structured, high-impact sessions.
I know firsthand that maths can sometimes feel like a 'closed door.' My goal as a tutor is to give you the key to unlock it. When I’m not studying or tutoring, I’m usually refining my own skills or finding new ways to make complex concepts simpler for my students. I look forward to helping you reach your full potential!

My lessons are designed to be a safe, pressure-free space where students feel comfortable making mistakes—because that is where the best learning happens!
Drawing on my experience as a Learning Support Assistant and a volunteer for Action Tutoring, I don’t believe in a 'one-size-fits-all' approach. Instead, I tailor every session to the student's unique learning style. Here is what you can expect:
A Personalised Starting Point: In our first session, we identify the specific 'gaps' in your knowledge so we aren't wasting time on things you already know.
Step-by-Step Breakdown: I use my AAT Accounting background to turn abstract maths into logical, real-world examples. We break big problems down into small, 'achievable wins.'
Interactive Learning: I use a variety of tools, including visual aids and practice questions from trusted sources like Osborne Books, to keep the lessons engaging.
Confidence Building: My goal isn't just for you to get the right answer; it’s for you to understand how you got there so you can do it independently in your exams.
Whether we are working on primary school basics, GCSE preparation, or adult functional skills, I am here to provide the patient, professional support you need to succeed.
