Hello, I am Shubham Banerjee.
I am a qualified Civil Engineer and a working professional.
My journey from being a student to a corporate professional has taught me one thing: Academic success comes from understanding concepts, not just memorizing answers. I bring this practical, logic-driven approach to my teaching.

Hi, I am Shubham Banerjee.
I am a Civil Engineer and a working professional. My teaching philosophy is simple: Strong Foundation = Better Results.
For younger students (Class 1-8), I focus on building a strong base in all subjects so they don't struggle later. For senior students (Class 9-10), I use my engineering background to teach Maths and Science through logic and reasoning, not just memorization.
My Teaching Techniques and Methods:
For Class 9 & 10 (Maths/Science): I focus on "Derivation over Memorization." I teach students how a formula is created. When they understand the logic, they can solve even the toughest problems in exams.
For Class 1 to 8 (All Subjects): My approach is to be a patient mentor. I help with daily homework, clear doubts in basic grammar or arithmetic, and ensure they enjoy the learning process.
Real-Life Examples: Whether it is Physics concepts or Social Studies, I connect topics to real-world examples to make them easy to understand.
The Usual Structure of a Class:
Doubt Clearing (10 mins): Solving difficulties from school homework or previous topics.
Concept & Logic (30 mins): Explaining the new chapter. For Maths/Science, we solve examples on the spot.
Independent Practice (20 mins): The student solves questions under my supervision to build confidence.

Engineering Mindset: I help students visualize complex problems in Geometry and Physics.
Patience & Discipline: I am strict about syllabus completion but very patient when explaining a concept multiple times.
Exam Strategy: I guide senior students on time management and how to write answers to score maximum marks.
