About Marco
I am a dedicated piano tutor with 9 years of experience teaching students from school and college levels. My journey in music education has been driven by passion, patience, and commitment to excellence. I believe every student can learn piano successfully with proper guidance and consistent practice.
One of my proudest achievements has been watching shy beginners transform into confident performers on stage. I design lessons that balance theory and practical training, ensuring students understand what they play.
I emphasise rhythm accuracy, coordination, expression, and musical interpretation. My classes are organised, focused, and motivating. I encourage regular practice and help students set realistic goals to track their progress. Teaching piano allows me to shape disciplined and creative individuals who carry their confidence beyond music into other areas of life.

In my piano lessons, I focus on long-term skill development, musical expression, and creative growth. Motivation helps students stay dedicated, practise consistently, and overcome challenges confidently. Communication is clear and interactive, covering note reading, rhythm, chord transitions, scales, dynamics, tempo, and phrasing in an easy-to-understand way.
I provide hands-on demonstrations, supervise practice, and give constructive feedback to ensure proper technique and steady progress. Integrity guides my teaching, ensuring punctuality, structured lessons, and honest evaluation of improvement.
Creativity is encouraged through improvisation exercises, composing simple melodies, experimenting with harmonies, and exploring different musical genres. Alongside piano, I also teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, and keyboard skills for a well-rounded musical education.
