About Katoo
I am a Flemish student in the master Educational Sciences and after participating in the Tutorbabbel project, I immersed myself in self-regulating skills. Do you have trouble finding the right study method for you, do you have difficulty planning schoolwork or making summaries of your curriculum? By working on your self-regulating skills you can do something about it. During these lessons we find out what is difficult for you personally and we look for the right method that you need to process your learning material. Dutch is my mother tongue. I have several years of experience in homework guidance for primary school pupils. The focus was mainly on Dutch spelling and grammar. During these sessions I learned how learning Dutch can also be fun: by working with the subject matter in a playful way, it will stay with you longer. I have also provided tailor-made material for older students. In the French exam training it is a bit more serious: I teach you the methods I used during my exams and which made sure that I excelled in the subject French! Since this year I have also been involved in content writing. In addition to passing a Google Content Writing course, I write a lot in my spare time. Writing is a passion for me and I always try to improve. During the past year I started with a few small assignments in content writing, in order to gradually grow to larger assignments as a growing content writer.
