I've spent my life researching how to live well and find happiness. My curiosity and studies have taken me into training with The Art of Accomplishment, techniques from The Tools and Positive Intelligence frameworks and are backed by studies in modern psychology.

I work to catch narratives that aren't fruitful, question limiting beliefs around life, career and relationships and look for the opportunities instead of anticipating roadblocks.
I like to approach coaching and problem-solving in a direct and collaborative way. By understanding that the client is the expert in their own experiences and life, we are able to incorporate their knowledge in the most effective way. I like to take my understanding of your troubles and problems, come up with a handful of proposed solutions and then move on what will actually be fruitful for you.
