I am a strong believer that fit is very important when hiring a trainer- so establishing a strong rapport and good communication is key for me.Throughout each session, I will be concerned about how you are feeling and will check in with you every step of the way- while challenging you a lil past your comfort zone to show you what you can do!

I always individualize the fitness journey of my clients- whether it is a private lesson or group class. What I do, will always depend on you and your goals- be it weight loss targeted, muscle building, toning, strengthening, or cardiovascular endurance. I am a big believer in less is more with regards to equipment- and I will always test your fitness level in utilizing your own body weight, in addition to any equipment you have on hand or that I bring for you. I will always offer you a dynamic warm up, a full workout session to make you sweat, and a cool down static stretch to allow you to relax before you move on with your day.
