About Rita
In online training classes are held via zoom, with only one student or with a group of 2 or 3 students. A physical evaluation is carried out and the evolution is monitored periodically. Online monitoring is carried out without the use of video calls, and the client is provided with a weekly training plan that they will have to comply with. I give individual or group online training and I also follow up online. I focus on the female audience that wants to lose or gain weight and / or tone. I also have a specialization in Physical Exercise in Pregnancy and Postpartum.
