My methodology is based on the students goals and using the knowledge that I have prescribed the training sessions as varied as possible, optimizing the session duration and trying to develop all the physical abilities, such as: strength, flexibility, cardiorespiratory conditioning, coordination, balance and agility.

In addition to a postgraduate degree in Injury Rehabilitation, I have been working as a Personal Trainer for 11 years and specialize in Pilates, functional training and myofascial release and a yoga teacher in training. I am a fitness enthusiast and truly believe in the power of practice to rehabilitate and restore functions, as well as providing well-being and being a cornerstone for the development and maintenance of physical and mental health.
