My teaching method is using questioning tactics. This helps individuals develop critical thinking, decision making, and problem solving skills. Active learning is key because it allows individuals to do more than just listen. It increases student engagement, cognitive skills, and creates more exploration through the learning experience. I structure my class by teaching the basics of health and fitness using specific techniques for each person. Then have those individuals apply what they learned by teaching others. This helps with understanding and long term learning. I believe in keeping things simple and applicable to each person can generate better overall skill.
