I am a qualified Personal Trainer who loves yoga and food. I have been involved in health and fitness for over 10 years and have a passion for helping people develop their knowledge in this area. Wouldn’t like to think someone was missing out simply because they don’t know how.

Initial information is given to the client to bring about awareness of how results will be achieved. This will be closely monitored by me throughout the service to ensure that the client is on the right track. I'm always available for the client if they are stuck or have any questions.
