About David
A trainer for 7 years i have trained over 100 people in the UK and overseas. I have trained people of all abilities, some for high performance, others for general fitness.
I am highly educated in training and bodily adaptation which shows in the progressive plans i have developed for beginners and athletes alike.
Whether your goal is to have a body like Hugh Jackman, complete a 50 mile ultra marathon or simply to stop feeling and looking like a half full bag of potatoes then i have helped someone like you to get there.

low equipment methods such as circuit training and running are my speciality. I design flexible programmes which can fit around your demands.
I aim to educate everyone to the point where they no longer need a trainer. You will always know why you are doing what you are doing and should come away having learnt something.
I am friendly and believe in starting where you are and following a process to achieve whatever your goals are with minimal pain and time.
My broad experience has taught me how to train and motivate people from the most to the least fit so just be open about where you are and where you want to be and we will make it happen.
