Contact me to discuss and prioritize your goals so that we can tailor your exercise and health program to meet your goals, time commitment and experience. Programs can range from simple walking programs to detailed conditioning programs for specific sport/activities. I currently work with college-age students but also coach high school, middle school and elementary age kids. I have extensive experience working with adult populations as I previously owned a personal training studio.
