I'm a personal trainer. My training methodology is based on the fact that each human being is unique. Mostly use only your body weight, doing short training sessions daily or 3x a week, ensuring that you train your entire body and maintain the necessary motivation to not give up.

Sportsman since I was 11 years old, I practiced Karate for more than 14 years. Swimming, gym, climbing, taekwondo were other modalities that I have been experiencing over the years. After being a mother a second time and having done the entire postpartum and weight loss process, I realized that my mission was to help other people. My two weight loss journeys made me enter the world of fitness so deeply that I decided to go back to college and specialize.
