I am a former Division One Track and Field Athlete. Currently I am an avid runner and hybrid strength athlete. I have more than 5+ years in the personal training world both in commercial and boutique gym spaces. Currently I still work with clients mainly virtually to achieve their goals.

A lot of my client work revolves around habit and behavior change to adopt healthier lifestyles and reach goals.
