Fun, individual and focussed. My sessions are full body focussed, using a wide variety of techniques, all based on body weight so that each student only needs themselves, some water and a workout mat if they prefer one.
I focus on strength, flexibility, toning, and then also more creative movement stemming from breakdance and tricks, if appropriate to the individual.
I am an advanced personal trainer, dancer/mover, with over 5 years experience as a fitness professional. My work is rooted in body positively.
