About Lola
I’m a female boxer, I have literally started learning boxing and in 5 years I have evolved from being a complete beginner to becoming a multiple champion in my weight category. I’m a very patient and compassionate person and I’m willing to introduce to you all my knowledge about a good boxing style, from accuracy to speed and power, including Fitness for boxing.

Hi my name is Lola, and I have dedicated these past years to learn how to box.
I have started late at the age of 30 y.o and evolved from beginner to national & freshly Oceania champion.
I’m here to teach you all the basics to boxing in an intimate group or personal 1:1 lessons.
If you are wanting to give a go to this life changing sport, I’ll adapt to your levels and needs and bring the best boxer out of you!
